Shipping Information
Orders within the United States
Order 6 or more t-shirts or 4 or more sweat shirts and you pay absolutely no shipping!
When you order one to five t-shirts or one to 3 sweat shirts, our shipping charge is a flat fee of only $6.95 for the entire package.
All U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail which normally takes 2-4 days to arrive at U.S. destinations and 4-7 days worldwide. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you would like us to expedite your shipping, please let us know and we will ship your order by United States Postal Service Express Mail which takes 1-2 days for delivery. Please keep in mind that most orders are shipped 1-3 business days after received.
International Orders
We ship to most foreign countries via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 7-10 days from the date of shipment. International shipping rates start at around $11. Again, please keep in mind that most orders are shipped 1-3 business days after received. We ship to many international countries including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and to most of Europe via credit cards. For all other countries, we accept money orders as the only form of payment. All orders outside the U.S. must be shipped to the same address as the card being billed or it will not ship. If you do not see a shipping option for your country at the time of checkout, a money order is the only form of payment accepted from the address supplied. If you have questions regarding those countries from which we accept payment by credit card, or need additional payment or billing information, please email us and we will do our very best to assist you.
We accept orders by mail
Please send a money order (sorry, we do not accept checks) along with your order for the total amount. Just go to our site and proceed through the order process. When you get to the payment information screen simply print out that page and send it along with your money order. This will allow you to see the exact amount to send. Or, grab a pencil and paper and add everything up.

Delivery Confirmation and Notices
You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. We send out all orders with confirmation notices to ensure that the package has been delivered and to the address provided by the customer. If your order goes unclaimed and is sent back, we will contact you via email. Please be sure that the email you submit is yours and in working order. If we cannot, after due diligence, reach you, we will treat your order as a return and you will be refunded your money less shipping and restocking fees. If we receive a response we will ship the order again. However, we will assess redelivery shipping costs. Please make sure your email software does not filter out emails from the U.S. Postal Service. You can obtain your order status by emailing us at orders@Legalitees.com, and please include your order number.
If the USPS returns your package due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm your address. If you decide that you no longer wish your order, we will affix a restocking charge and you will not receive money back from shipping. Please make sure that the shirts you order correct as returns are accepted with a $6. restocking fee.
Shipping Note
Please make sure all fields are complete and without abbreviations. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information. For domestic (U.S.) customers, we will ship to a different address. However, we are not responsible for goods that are lost in the mail or are not received by the customer if the billing address and shipping address are not the same. If for some reason your order is not received, please allow us time to work with USPS to resolve the issue (approx 2 weeks after the lost package claim is filed). We do not ship internationally if the shipping and billing addresses are different and there is no exception to this rule. If we have questions on your address or other information, we will attempt to contact you by way of email. Once again, please make sure you have a valid and working email address.
Suspect orders
If we suspect fraud of any sort, we will immediately call the credit card company to see if the card is stolen or has been tampered with. If it appears that there has been some type of fraudulent activity associated with the card, we will cancel the order without notice and contact the authorities immediately. We do this protect ourselves and those individuals whose identity is being used without their consent.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any orders containing suspicious or inconsistent information. Orders shipped to foreign countries or orders with unusual addresses will be closely scrutinized. If we choose not to process your order, you will receive notification by email and any credit card charges incurred will be promptly refunded (or voided depending upon the circumstances).
If you still wish to place an order after we have previously cancelled or denied same, we request you send a money order for the full amount (no checks please) to our business address.
