Return Policy
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged for a different size, style, or store credit within 21 days of the shipment of the order. Please keep your invoice in case you would like to exchange or return a shirt. If you require a refund for any reason, you must return the item within 21 days of receiving it.
If you return an item that we believe has been damaged by the customer (worn, washed, etc.) and that we would be unable to sell again at full price, the return / exchange will not be allowed and we will ship the item back to the customer at their expense. We do not, under any circumstances, accept any returns / exchanges for goods damaged by the customer. Cancelled orders, Unclaimed orders, Refused orders
There is a $2.00 service charge per item for any cancelled order that has been processed through our payment center. Please note that if your item has started processing, you may not be able to cancel your order as it may have already shipped. If this is the case, we will treat the item as a return and all fees that are associated with returns / exchanges will apply. On occasion, we receive orders that are left unclaimed or refused at the address to which it was shipped. These items will be treated as returns and will incur all fees associated with returns / exchanges.
Insurance
We recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service will insure your package to guard against loss. Without the package being insured, should it get lost or damaged in transit, we will be unable to refund your purchase price.
